Inner Ear Malformations and Unilateral Sensorineural Hearing Loss—the Elephant in the Room

To the Editor We read with great interest the article “Assessment of the Clinical Benefit of Imaging in Children With Unilateral Sensorineural Hearing Loss: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis” by Ropers et al,1 and we would like to add a comment on the opportunity to have an early computed tomographic (CT) scan for unilateral sensorineural hearing loss (USHL) assessment.
